With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the railway parts manufacturing industry, he has been instrumental in laying down the technical and ethical foundations on which the company proudly stands today.
Known for his methodical approach and sharp problem-solving skills, Mr. Khandelwal continues to play an active role in mentoring the next generation, overseeing production quality, and guiding strategic decisions. Even as he transitions the business into the capable hands of his sons, his presence on the shop floor and in key meetings ensures that the legacy of excellence he helped build continues without compromise.

With a steady hand and a deep sense of integrity, Santosh Khandelwal has been a pillar of strength since the earliest days of the company. As co-founder, he played a crucial role in streamlining operations and building strong vendor and client relationships—elements that remain central to the company’s long-standing reputation in the railway industry.
Known for his calm demeanor and attention to detail, Mr. Khandelwal now supports the business in an advisory capacity. Sagar Khandelwal manages the business’s commercial and strategic direction, overseeing sales, finance, and key partnerships. With an MBA in Finance, he handles budgeting, forecasting, client relations, and contract negotiations, both domestic and international.
In addition to revenue and business development, Sagar leads HR and administrative functions, helping build a strong organizational culture. His role complements the technical side of the business, ensuring stability and sustainable growth across all commercial operations.
